Data Processing Addendum

Scope

This Data Processing Addendum supplements the Terms of Service between Equalis OpsReg Ltd (Processor) and Customer (Controller) and applies to processing of personal data carried out by Equalis OpsReg in connection with the platform.

Sub-processors

Equalis OpsReg uses Microsoft Azure (North Europe and West Europe regions) as a sub-processor for hosting and infrastructure. Customers will be notified of changes to the sub-processor list with 30 days advance notice.

Processing instructions

Equalis OpsReg processes personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer, including with regard to international data transfers. The platform stores no personal data outside the EU.

Security measures

Technical and organisational measures include row-level security at the database layer, evidence immutability, EU-only data residency, Microsoft Entra External ID for authentication, and Azure Front Door with WAF for ingress protection.
