2. This website
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers, fonts, or scripts. All assets, including web fonts, are served from our own domain. Our hosting provider processes standard technical server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations; these are retained for a limited period and are not used for profiling.
3. When you contact us
If you email us (for example to request a demo), we process the personal data you provide: your name, email address, employer, and the content of your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up commercially. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to and following up business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed for these purposes.
4. The Equalis OpsReg platform
When your organisation uses the Equalis OpsReg platform, we process account data (name, business email, authentication identifiers via Microsoft Entra External ID) as a controller, and process your organisation's Azure subscription metadata as a processor under our Data Processing Agreement. The platform holds read-only access to connected Azure subscriptions and stores no customer credentials. All customer data is processed and stored exclusively in Microsoft Azure regions North Europe (Ireland) and West Europe (Netherlands).
5. Recipients and transfers
We use Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Azure) as our infrastructure provider, with processing confined to the EU regions named above. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or your local supervisory authority.
